ACHIEVE Upward Bound Program - Summer 2024 Internship
Program Assistant (Intern)

Responsibilities:

Provide clerical support to Upward Bound summer program staff.

Enter daily attendance data into the database accurately and promptly.

Contact students and parents as necessary, addressing inquiries and providing updates.

Monitor students during arrivals, passing periods, and dismissals, ensuring a safe and organized environment.

Prepare meals/snacks and spaces for program participants, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
-
Assist program advisor and summer instructors with various tasks as assigned.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director (or designee) to support the overall success of the Upward Bound summer program.
